The problem

A community needs something to do between videos.

[What Bruno’s community needed, how the two of you split the work, and what changed between v1 and v3.]

Decisions

The calls I made.

Houses, not leaderboards

Every point goes to a house, so a new fan helps their team from day one instead of starting last on a global ranking. [Why that mattered to the community.]

A card game inside a companion app

Version 3.0 added duels: pick a deck, challenge another house, play round by round. [What it took to make it fair and fast.]

Bruno runs the content

A web portal lets Bruno’s team publish videos, quizzes, word puzzles and partners without a release. [How you set it up.]
